NBE ANNOUNCE EXAM DATES OF NEETPG 2022

NEET PG 2022 Counselling will start once the exam is conducted and the results are out. It is expected that the counselling will commence from the third week of March. The counselling of NEET PG 2022 will be conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) on behalf of the Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. NEET PG 2022 counselling will have two rounds, seats left vacant after the first round of counselling will be filled in the second round. The third round will be conducted only if any seats are left vacant after the conclusion of the second round.

 

All the aspirants who have not been allotted a seat in the second round of NEET PG counselling, resigned from the allotted seat, did not appear for round one, choose for appearing for subsequent rounds can appear for NEET PG 2022 counselling mop-up round.


 

Aspirants must note that it is mandatory to qualify NEET PG 2022 Results to participate in the counselling process. The counselling of NEET PG 2022 will be conducted for admission to the following quotas:

February 23, 2022: NBE has started the registrations for NEET PG 2022 at nbe.edu.in. The last date to apply for the PG medical entrance exam is March 15, 2022.

 

February 23, 2022: The official brochure of NEET PG 2022 has been released with 5 major changes at nbe.edu.in. To check the NEET PG brochure . As mentioned above, the brochure of NEET PG has been released with five major changes which are as follows:

February 23, 2022: NBE has released the official dates for NEET PG 2022 at natbaord.edu.in. Registrations will be conducted from February 23, 2022 till March 15. The result for NEET PG will be announced by May 31, 2022, To check the official notice released by NBE-

 

January 14, 2022: Through an official notification, NBE has announced new NEET PG date of exam, which is April 18, 2022. NEET PG entrance exam will be held in computer-based mode at around 162 cities of India. NEET PG 2022 for admission process


 

NEET PG Eligibility Criteria 2022

 

Before applying for NEET PG, it is mandatory for aspirants to fulfil the basic eligibility criteria of NEET PG as specified by NBE. Below are the basic NEET PG eligibility conditions which must be taken care of by medicos.

 

Aspirants must have possessed a recognised provisional/permanent MBBS degree certificate issued by medical institute recognised by Medical Council of India (MCI)

Candidates must have a provisional/permanent registration certificate issued by the MCI or State Medical Council.

One must have completed or complete their compulsory one-year rotatory internship by March 31, 2022, according to the eligibility criteria of NEET PG 2022.

Candidates completing their MBBS from the Jammu and Kashmir will be eligible for admission to the 50% All India Quota seats only if they have been nominees of the Government of India for the Central Pool Quota seats.

Candidates are required to possess an Aadhar Card according to NEET PG 2022 eligibility criteria

The exam centres of NEET PG 2022 are the list of cities in which exam will be conducted. NEET PG 2022 exam centres has been released along with the information brochure. Last year, NEET PG was held in 162 cities across India but for 2022 session it has been increased to 255. While filling the application form, aspirants need to choose NEET PG test city, in which they wish to take the exam. NEET PG Answer Key 2022

 

NEET PG is a propriety examination which is conducted by NBE. The contents of this exam are kept confidential. Candidates at the time of submitting at the NEET PG application form enter into a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with the exam conducting authority. Owing to this NDA the NEET PG answer key 2022 will not be released. Through this, candidates are restricted from discussing the question paper of NEET PG 2022. Leading coaching centres may publish a memory-based answer key of NEET PG. If such an answer key is published it will be provided on our website.

 

NEET PG Result 2022

 

The result of NEET PG 2022 will be declared online in the form of PDF by May 31. A direct link for NEET PG result download link will be provided on this page, when released. NEET PG result PDF will mention roll number, scores obtained (out of 800), qualifying status (passed/failed). Aspirants who will secure the minimum qualifying percentile will be considered qualified in NEET PG 2022. After the declaration of result, qualified candidates will be eligible to download NEET PG scorecard 2022. The scorecard of NEET PG 2022 will be released for candidates who will qualify for 50% All India Quota seats. NEET PG results and scorecard can be checked from the official website - nbe.edu.in. All the eligible candidates will be eligible to participate in NEET PG counselling 2022.

 

NEET PG Cutoff 2022

 

NBE NEET PG cut off is the minimum qualifying percentile and marks to be secured to pass the entrance test. The cutoff of NEET PG 2022 percentile is released along with the information brochure. While the corresponding marks of NEET PG cut off will be announced along with the result. NEET PG cutoff 2022 for General category aspirants is 50th percentile, while for SC/ST/OBC, it is 40th percentile. Last year, the NEET PG cutoff scores for Unreserved category was 366, whereas, for SC/ST/OBC it was 319. NEET PG cutoff 2022 is determined on the basis various factors which includes number of candidates appeared for the exam, total seats available, difficulty level of NEET PG and others. Revision of NEET PG Cutoff 2022

 

NBE along with MCI and Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) will reduce the cut off of NEET PG 2022. NBE will lower NEET PG 2022 cut off for allowing more candidates to participate in counselling process. In order to fill the vacant seats in MD/MS/PG Diploma seats, NEET PG cutoff 2022 will be lowered. For the previous year, NEET PG cutoff for General, SC, ST, OBC and PwD was reduced by 20 percentile. NEET PG Counselling 2022

 

NEET PG counselling is conducted at two levels which include All India Counselling and state-level counselling. The NEET PG counselling 2022 for 50% All India Quota seats will be conducted by Directorate General of Health Sciences (DGHS) on behalf of Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). NEET PG counselling 2022 for AIQ will be held in two rounds. A mop-up round for NEET PG allotment will also be conducted for Central, Deemed universities and ESIC institutes only. Candidates will be required to participate in the online NEET PG 2022 counselling and fill in their choices of institutions in the order of their preferences. The allotment of seats in various institutions will be based on the candidates’ merit rank, opted preference, seats available, reservation criteria and others. The result of each round of NEET PG counselling 2022 will be declared on the official website of MCC.

 

NEET PG 2022 counselling for 50% of state quota seats will be conducted by the respective state counselling authorities. Each state conducts its own application form, merit list, counselling schedule, seat allotment list and applies eligibility as well as domicile criteria. Candidates who wish to take admission in the 50% state quota seats, seats offered in private colleges and institutes will have to fill the application form released by the state counselling authority.
